研究方向
肿瘤细胞和免疫系统相互作用所形成的免疫微环境格局影响肿瘤的发生和发展; 肿瘤细胞内异常的分子信号通路是肿瘤免疫微环境组成和格局的主控因素, 而免疫系统的编辑作用也可促进肿瘤细胞的适应性和恶性演进。研究肿瘤细胞和免疫系统相互作用的分子机制不仅有助于认识肿瘤进展的机制,也将为肿瘤治疗提供新策略。目前,本研究组主要方向:肿瘤免疫逃逸机制及干预。
