研究平台建设

1.       临床样本(组织及粪便中)肠道细菌分离鉴定及培养,外周血免疫细胞分离鉴定及相关功能实验;

2.       RNA m6A pull down、dot blot等RNA甲基化修饰检测平台;

3.       lncRNA RNA pull down、RIP、CHIP等蛋白-核酸、核酸-核酸相互作用检测平台;

4.       外泌体分离鉴定及相关circular RNA等非编码核酸的检测及鉴定;

5.       蛋白质组学分析:SILAC定量质谱、iTRAQ/TMT、label-free、GST-pull down等蛋白质相互作用鉴定。
