2003年获复旦大学医学院病原生物学博士学位；2003年～2004年在美国Roswell Park 肿瘤研究所，2004年～2008年在美国国立卫生研究院从事博士后研究工作。现为上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院、上海市肿瘤研究所/肿瘤系统医学全国重点实验室研究团队负责人。承担浦江人才计划，上海市人才发展计划，国家自然科学基金，参与“十一五”“十二五”国家科技重大专项。目前主要从事肿瘤免疫学和分子生物学研究，曾在Nature Immunology，Science Advances, Nature Communications，Hepatology和Cell Death Differ等学术期刊上发表相关研究成果。
