个人简介
2008年毕业于上海交通大学药学院,获博士学位。2008-2009年在中科院上海生命科学学院做助理研究员,从事神经物质运输的研究。2009年至2011年在上海交通大学药学院进行博士后工作。2011年到上海市肿瘤研究所,进行肿瘤的能量应激和代谢重编程相关研究,研究成果在Hepatology等杂志发表。近年来作为负责人承担多项国家自然科学基金和上海市科委课题。
研究方向
研究方向聚焦在肿瘤的能量应激与代谢适应性。探讨肝癌、胰腺癌、肺癌中多种代谢通路,如磷酸戊糖通路、糖酵解、铁死亡、脂类和胆固醇代谢重编程,以及肿瘤的营养摄取与免疫逃逸之间的关系。
