个人简介

王存,理学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2012年毕业于复旦大学上海医学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,获博士学位;2012年7月进入上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室工作。2016年至今在荷兰癌症研究所从事博士后研究,运用CRISPR-Cas9功能基因组学筛查技术探索肝癌治疗新策略。近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金2项(青年项目1项和面上项目1项);上海市卫生和计划生育委员会重点项目1项;获得上海市青年科技启明星计划和卫生系统优秀青年人才计划资助;总经费约250万元。作为项目骨干参与国家重大专项、973、国家自然科学基金等多项国家和省部级课题。以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)在Gastroenterology、Cell Research、Hepatology、Theranostics、Carcinogenesis、Cancer Letters和International Journal of Cancer等杂志发表论文十余篇。

1、运用CRISPR-Cas9功能基因组学筛查技术探索肝癌治疗新策略;
