个人简介

许杰,研究员,博士毕业于比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学,归国后在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院开展肿瘤发生机制与转化研究。入选了国家自然科学基金优青、万人计划青年拔尖人才、浦江人才、曙光学者、东方学者、青年科技启明星等人才计划。以独立通讯作者发表在Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Cell Chemical Biology,Oncogene, Oncoimmunology, Frontiers in Immunology等期刊,另外以共同通讯作者在Gut,JNCI, Cancer Research, Nature Communications, Cell Reports, Oncogene等期刊发表论文。以第一发明人申请6项专利。获得上海市卫生系统银蛇奖二等奖(2015年),以第4完成人获得2018年国家科技进步二等奖。

研究方向

专注于消化系统肿瘤发生机制与生物治疗靶点的研究,特别是在PD-1/PD-L1肿瘤免疫检查点和p53抑癌通路开展转化研究:①发现了HIP1R介导的PD-L1溶酶体降解途径,并在识别HIP1R关键功能序列的基础上设计PD-LYSO多肽用于降解PD-L1,提供了区别于现有抗体药物的新靶向策略;②揭示PD-L1的棕榈酰化修饰促进其表达的机制,并在此基础上开发了PD-Palm分子,证明PD-L1的棕榈酰化为新的有效靶点;③发现Morn3癌睾丸抗原通过抑制p53而促进直肠癌发生的机制,设计Morncide多肽用于阻断Morn3的功能并在动物模型中显示抗癌活性。
