2008年获中国科学院上海应用物理研究所无机化学博士学位。2008—2010年于美国加州大学圣巴巴拉分校化学系从事博士后研究工作。2010—2012年于美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室从事博士后研究工作。2012—2017年任中国科学院上海应用物理研究所 “百人计划”研究员。现任上海交通大学医学院分子医学研究院研究员、仁济医院研究员、博士生导师。

      2014年年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目资助（2017年结题优秀），2017年获中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖（排名第一），2017年获教育部青年长江学者荣誉称号。入选2013年中国科学院百人计划 （2017年结题优秀）、2018年上海市曙光学者计划。长期从事电化学生物传感、DNA三维纳米探针、疾病早期检测等领域的研究。在Nat Biomed Eng、Nat Protoc、Chem Rev、JACS、Angew Chem Int Ed、Adv Mater、Nano Lett等学术期刊上发表论文80余篇，论文SCI他引5000余次，其中8篇入选ESI高被引论文。相关工作被Nat Nanotechnol、Nat Rev Mater、Nat Chem等作为研究亮点进行介绍或被给予高度评价。
