研究方向
1、肝癌分子机理研究 在我国肝癌患者中,90%以上的人具有乙肝病毒(HBV)感染的证据。但HBV感染造成肝癌的分子机理尚不明确。本课题组致力于从病毒角度探索肝癌发生发展的分子机制,寻找肝癌防治的分子靶标。
2、肿瘤的分子预警和诊断 肿瘤的早诊早治对延长患者的生存时间、提高生存质量和降低死亡率具有至关重要的作用。肿瘤标志物能在临床症状出现前数月甚至数年表现为阳性,是十分有价值的早期诊断措施。本课题组积极开展新型肿瘤标志物的发现、验证和医学转化工作。
3、肿瘤的整合生物学研究 肿瘤是系统性疾病。癌虽然表现为局部组织细胞的异常生长,但人体神经、免疫和内分泌系统对其发生发展起着重要的调控作用。本课题组重点探索良性精神刺激(eustress)对肿瘤生长和转移的抑制作用及其系统调控机理。
